Yeah depends entirely on the rust. If your paying someone really good (eg: Andre Pol) it wouldn't surprise me if the bills added upto 100,000bux. Driving the 2cv around on a sunny day has put me off the idea of ever owning a convertible. Even a 2cv with the roof rolled back isn't a nice place to be on a sunny/warm day (talk about heat stroke ).
