Peugeot 306 bosch conversion

It is technical. I have found a copy of a French manual. There is also here the method for the 405 Bosch VE.

Like your other thread with the petrol engine, I don't understand what you are up to.

But did you have the crank, cam and pump pulley pinned when you installed the timing belt?

yes of course i had it pinned any suggestions how to remove this injectors please i removed one but others bit more diffucult to gri 19mm open ender on ,thx

Penetrating fluid and good spanners, they tend to seize up, hence use a little anti seize when you install and new copper sealing washers under them. Give them a gentle tap?

still not timed it pustieboy !
that's crazy, why not ??

your questions seems to go round in circles
is this a genuine enquiry ?
send in some photos to at least confirm what engine, pump and pipes you have

- BOSCH pumps go with BOSCH injectors and BOSCH injector pipes
they are NOT interchangeable with the Lucas injectors/pipes

- on the injection pump bracket for the correct bolt holes:
with the pump bracket in position, stand at the left front wheel and look at it.
the bosch pump holes are the most clockwise bolt holes
the lucas holes are the most anti-clockwise

if you're able to send in some pics will go thru the timing procedure

also, in anticipation that the above suggestions do not progress things
recommend you get HAYNES manual, number 0950
its the old Peugeot Diesel Engine manual especially for your XUD

thanks i was thinking if i cut couple slots in 19mm socket to get that top part off

think i just need a deep 27mm socket and take whole thing out first ,thanks
This is the correct solution!! 27m deep socket and a breaker bar.

If you take the top half of the injector off from the bottom them you need to recalibrate them on a specialised test bench. Don't dismantle the injectors unless you are getting them rebuilt, and even then, don't dismantle the injectors!
