The build date and factory is written on the tyre pressure sticker, above the paint code.
Rear calipers could be either Bosch or TRW. Apparently they are Bosch.
Rear brake discs are supplied with the bearing and magnetic ABS target ring fitted. 249mm OD. Thickness 9mm new, 7mm min.
Original Citroen part# 424934. The Eurorepar alternate via dealers is 1619237880. 2 required.
The hub nut is 373919 and regarded as single use. Torque info I have shows greased 7±0.7 daNm + angle 45° Punch to lock.
The caliper bracket bolts are regarded as single use. Part# 9678008680 from Citroen. Torque 3 daNm + angle 35°
SKF may give you this info too, but I would suggest you confirm with your local dealer / parts supplier.

You are looking for a decal similar to this, Graham - although it could also be in a vertical format.
The info on the right, specifically, is build date, factory, paint code, serial number, etc.
For example, in this pic "CJ" means the Rennes factory.
