Thanks Peter. I wondered about that. I got a new one with the gasket set, and No1 Son had fitted one before, but alloy to alloy certainly shouldn't need one. The engine halves of Citroen 2CV and GS engines don't.

I have the Corteco Sealant Paste so I'll use that and Robert should become my Father's Brother!
