I found it in the owners manual - Page 307 - but it's called "private mode".

Nothing else is said about it though :blackeye:
 
Wow - I just found out that it comes standard with a puncture repair kit - including a compressor, tyre pressure gauge AND sealant! Now that's impressive - wont find that on any Jap / Aussie cars!

That just means it has no spare tyre - space saver or otherwise.

Usually this is the case with 18" wheel versions (no room in the wheel well). Most people would have reservations about this in Darwin, unless you are staying within the confines of the city.

It's a little further on in my handbook, but nothing mentioned about it, other than it's part of the menu structure.

The display does say "Activate Secret".

I would see that as a terrible thing actually. I'm a fan of spare tyres, especially when you rip your sidewall in the middle of nowhere.

Or, as my wife did on her Honda Jazz, rip out the sidewall on some sharp projection sticking from the ground (in Eltham), and have the car off the road for two days waiting on a replacement.

Correct me if I am wrong, but using the puncture repair goop also means replacing the tyre?
