Window tilting

Hi froggers
Sometime ago my driver's side window regulator green clip broke and dropped the window. Then the cables got stuck inside the main pulley part so I had to get a cable and pulley repair kit which worked a treat. So the original issue is fixed.
However now my window tilts forward when going up, exposing the part of the glass that normally sits deep inside the b pillar guide. And I can also see a small hole in the corner of the glass.
What am I missing?

As mentioned in your parts thread, there will be a plastic runner at the top, rear corner of the glass and it's either broken or fallen out when you repaired the window regulator.
