A mate has just bought a 504 wagon and it is fitted with light truck radials which are a little too wide and have a much firmer ride. Are 175R14/80 radials available (I have searched)? And did the 505 have 15 inch rims that would fit? As 15 inch and 16 inch are more common in this new century.

Tyroola list 3 different 175/80R14 tyres as available, all have a passenger car 88 load rating.
Ovation $47 each.
Ilink $79 each.
Nangkang $99 each.
The Nangkangs are also listed on other websites.

Check the owners manual as Peugeot wagons always had a higher load rating than sedans for their tyres. Is the tyre placard still visible as it will detail the correct tyre specs.

yes some 505 wagons had 15'steel rims , also 15 alloys were fitted to Gti sedans
