rubber glue?

What is best glue to use to attach door seal rubbers,?

I've tried all sorts but for me I use black Sikaflex. Masking tape will be required to hold it on overnight as it does take time to cure. The benefits are that being black it will be invisible if you do it well and it never lets go. I have also had good results with 3M double sided tape in black.

On just some corners that pop out, I have always used my trusty old hot glue gun.

Mine were done in 2014 with Superglue. Haven’t fallen off yet and it has the advantage that one can work painstakingly around the door doing it in segments, with some margin for error in correcting alignment.

I think that some of the cyanoacrylate glues don’t play well with plastic/rubber, but some do. Unfortunately can’t remember which one I used

Even more unfortunately some cyanoacrylate glues don't play well with paint. Some will just seep into the paint and come removal time they'll come off with it, some will just dissolve the paint and create a mess before setting.

On Sikaflex: there is a range of stuff. I'd recommend their "stick & seal" variant.

3m Weatherstrip Adhesive - don't bother looking anywhere else.
Its a contact adhesive, so needs to be applied both sides.
Follow instructions carefully and it will be there for ever.
