Anyone know what these are from/suit?

I don't actually know but it looks to me the style a late R12 or R20 / R30 may have.
I'll take a look at my 30 tomorrow.
 
They could be generic aftermarket flaps on to which someone has stuck a couple of grille lozenges. I did that for centre caps on cosmic rims on my R15 in the '80's

I think you could be right, from memory the genuine mud flaps had the logo in the middle and is also moulded into the flap itself.
 
I would say Renault Boutique from the mid Eighties I put these on my 15 back then and the old man's 18. Generic clamp on types

I would still maintain that all the guys at Renault Boutique did was get some generic mudflaps, stick a badge on it and call it a "Genuine Renault Product" as opposed to the ones that have the Renault logo moulded into the rubber!
