I was in Sydney with the trusty Fuego sampling your very expensive fuel
in early march. (best price was 99.5 for ULP) and didn't fill up with Optimax
till I got back to Victoria as I object to paying anything over the dollar a litre
for Optimax. Despite that the car ran well, even on an ethelyne blend it
did 450k + on one tank with a bit to spare before I filled it on the way in
to Sydney. Came home via Canberra where we visited Barry and his "tribe"
of Fuegos (Fantastic)

While in Sydney I visited the Direct Factory Outlet centre at Homebush
and while browsing through the Outlet Book shop there I noticed they
had copies of Sutton's Photographic History of Transport "RENAULT"
by Hector Mackenzie Wintle discounted from $27.95 to $16.95
so I bought one copy.
(Outlet Books 5 - 7 Underwood Road Homebush 02 97631574)

After returning home I have had the chance to peruse the book, it is
160 pages packed with information and photographs of Renault cars
1898 to about 1998 when the book was 1st published. I wish I had
bought a few more copies as the book is quite comprehensive for its size.
and certainly cheaper than its ten pound ninety nine British price.
(Sutton Publishing Ltd Phoenix Mill.Stroud Gloucestershire.)

It seems well worth the $16.95 and even better if you can get it for
less.

Regards

Ken
