Hey Froggers,

I'm putting together all the parts to re-furb the suspension in the Alpine.
The bushes and ball joints are all stock Renault bits, 12/15/17, and I have all the part numbers.
Fortunately I have the spare parts catalogues for A310/12/1516//17 so cross referencing is easy.
Does anyone know of a supplier in Europe that ships to Oz?
The first sites that I find when searching the part numbers don't seem to offer inter-continent shipping, i.e. 123spares.co.uk, onlinecarparts.co.uk, euspares.co.uk etc.
The bushes are generally about 4 euro each, so pretty cheap.
I think I've exhausted the Oz supplies.
Thanks!

The Estonians do, eg https://alvadi.ee/en/spare-parts/renault/
I don't see Alpine listed in their catalogue but the Renault range is all there. Spareto.com is also Estonian and sends here.

Correction. Alpine is listred - substitute alpine in the URL instead of Renault.

Thanks, I'll check out Spareto. They're all available from the Alpine specialists, Mecaparts/GBS etc., but you can pay the "Alpine Tax". If you can find the original source part they're often half the price. Clutch slave was E180 from MP, but E70 for the Simca 1500 part.....

Hi if you have the numbers then I might search on ebay.co.uk. Lots of middle european suppliers advertise on there and you can then contact them with a list, or go to their shop to look !
Some UK genuine Renault dealer parts suppliers also use it. In pastimes some did not send outside the UK but that has changed now I think. The freight is variable but choose the normal one if not in a hurry. I am currently waiting for a couple from there. Half price as you say !

If some of the bits are R12, then how about first trying the Renault 12 shop? I think other froggers have used them.

I bought a bunch of stuff ex Greece from this guy, seems to be mostly Dacia destined stuff, he bundled shipping, was quick, and pretty good prices.
(Altayauto)

And this mob (Parts in Motion)

Was good for steering componets, ball joints etc etc

If you do purchase from Alvadi, (Estonia), you can get free 5-day shipping to Australia if you reach a certain Euro amount in sales.

I'm looking at getting a couple of extra items from them, so if you need to boost your purchases to reach that target, please send me a PM and hopefully, we can get something arranged. I have family in Melbourne, so I'm down there reasonably frequently. Getting anything parts from down your way will be easy enough.

Regards,
Andrew

I have bought quite a few parts from Spareto for the Mi16 and I have never had a problem. John505
