It's pretty hard to get really good info for Peugeot - for instance the alt.autos.peugeot newsgroup is pretty dead.

My other car is a Volvo, and the alt.autos.volvo newsgroup is bustling, you've got places like brickboard.com, swedespeed.com & volvospy.com where you can get lotsa info on practically anything (like from which week of production a particular modification has been introduced, etc.)

Are there any particularly busy boards out there? Seems impossible finding a really bustling board :) Where are they all? Peugeot's hardly an invisible oddball marque. They made 1.2 million cars last year, didn't they?

Cheers,

Justin

Why don't you do a search at yahoogroups??

I'm subscribed to a lot of Citroen groups there. Some of them very VERY lively. To the point where I had un-subscribe from a couple due to the mails I was bombarded with :D

The only lively group I found at yahoogroups was the 206 group. Wasn't bad, but I'm missing the level of insider detail I got at Volvo boards.

Another problem is, I don't have a 206 :)

Justin

Pug307,
The problem you have is the problem I had when I was trying to look for Renault 4 bits. You think there are no Peugeot boards, try Renault!
That's the main reason I kicked off aussiefrogs, just for the board & also the club register.
What particular info are you after, or do you just want to read?
Good luck & let us know if you find something worthwhile.

There is;

http://www.peugeot-gti.net/forums/index.php?s=

But unfortunately it has a lot of the "which 17" wheel will suit my bodykit on my 1.1 litre 206" sort of types.

It seems to be pretty busy.

Gibgib,

for Renaults 'the' page on the net was Katrina's web page. Haven't been there in a few years but hopefully it's still about...

Have you tried there??

If anyone wants help with their Peugeot, try www.peugeotsportclub.com . Whilst I admit that there are sections with "What 17" wheel etc etc", there are also other useful sections to read.

Hope this helps. :D

Yep, Katriina's is still going. Not much activity on many of the linked sites though, at least with regard to older models. Maybe they've all rusted away in less friendly climes.
