Mysterious pink gelatinous substance

Hi All,
Pug. 308 2011 1.6 thp
Just noticed a few spots of something on the ground under the front of my car so jacked it up to see where it is coming from.
There appears to be a collection of pink sticky gel like substance gathered on one of the hoses (pic. Attached, I think it's the water pump)
Anyone seen this before? Hoping it's not a head gasket issue!

Does the car have red coolant?
 
It's leaking out there somewhere unfortunately, the red stuff goes to a pink gel and the green to a light green gel when there's a slow weep.
Hard to tell exactly where from the photo though? Maybe clean it off and the see if you can make out the source.

It's gathering around the turbo coolant pump but difficult to tell which hose it's leaking from. Going to give it a wipe down and see If it comes back over night. (Not driving it of course)
Hoping the gunge is only only local to this part and not throughout the entire cooling system
 
Looks like your turbo coolant pump is either fractured or the hose clamp is not camping down fully as does seem to be askew. Realign clamp wash down as see if it reappears.
Pretty easy to get to the clamps and check.
