I put this up as For Sale as 'anybody interested in it for say $7,500' in February, and I'm now under pressure to think about $5,000. Adam
 
You mean this listing from 2/23? If you only update the price as you have it won't come to the top of the listing and nobody will see it unless they look at your previous postings as I did. Add a 'Bump' post with a note to the end of the For Sale listing.
