Hey All,
I am dropping in from BMW world just to let you know that i have developed a replacement wax actuator for the 'automatic choke'/Warm Up Regulators on the BMW Kugelfischer pumps. These 50 year old actuators are failing quite often now - I had two die in the last few years....prompting the search for a remanufactured part. As far as I can see, the same actuator is used in the injected 504 pump, so I just wanted to make you all aware that a spare part is available... we have created an installtion guide as well, but thats specific to the BMW application - i am sure general principles are similar.
