Hey does anyone out there know if any of the universal fits K&N air filters will work in a 87 Gas Pug STI ZDJL 2.2L engine. I made quick measurements when i was cleaning the filter yesterday.(8" deep, 4.5"outer diameter and 3.25 inner dieameter.) Just wondering if anyone has installed one of those or has any ideas about it. I dont know if an intake K&N would bolt up but i dont know if id like the Ricer noise from my peugeot. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Have you tried the K&N filters page??
Thye used to have a "custom " filter cartridge section, you typed in the approximate size and it gave a recommendation. I haven't looked at the site for a while.
