I read I could be up for litigation if someone burrs up about something posted on here even though they should have read the disclaimer at registration.
However, this is not applicable to "Guests" as they don't read the disclaimer unless they register.
IP addresses can be viewed by everyone in the options, but for privacy reasons, I've set it so only Moderators can see them.
I turned this feature on at around 3:30PM today.
We'll see how it goes.
