vetec engine transplant into simca

hello all,
simca question
has anyone heard of a honda vetec engine drop into a 1000 ive heard it has and can be done as the engine rotates the rite way
if anyone has done a drop like this what problems do you come up against
ie is it best to relocate the radiator to the front of the car like a rallye ?
