Holden Question

I know this is a french car forum, but this is my home, so I will ask here.

How do I reset a commodore VX service indicator or direct me where I could find that sort of information.

not sure on holdens but in pugs it goes like this

- switch off the ignition
- press and hold trip meter button
- switch on the ignition
- the display begins a 10 sec countdown
- keep the button pressed in for a further 10 sec
- the display shows 0 and the service symbol disappears

like i said not sure if it will work in a commode but it's worth a try

With a late model Ford Falcon i had,
you had to turn the key until the accesories came on. Then you depressed the trip meter reset, until the pic of the little spanner dissapeared.

Go through the mode's (can't remember which mode u need to be in). From memory, I think u hold down the up and down arrows at the samne time to reset the service schedule mode.
