Renault is to launch the Grand Scenic, a seven-seat, long-wheelbase version of the model which has just gone on sale, and the Renaultsport Megane - a sporty three-door with a high-output 2.0-litre turbo engine. The company also promises two concept cars - the oddly named Be Bop and, er, Be Bop. Renault claims the bubbly pair 'provide a solution to the problem of MPVs, whose lack of aerodynamics has a negative impact on fuel consumption'. One of the concepts will be a small urban SUV, the other a compact MPV - but both sit squarely in the chic 'crossover' category taking over this year's motor shows.
