In fact it looks like the old Chrysler factory in South Australia (Keswick I think), they assembled the Simca there from 1956 to 1964. The Simca's shown are the Aronde 90A and I see two with the unique "Tilley" side mouldings and yes there is a black Vedette "Beaulieu".
