Engine Rebuilding

Here's how I re-surface a flat, bucket type lifter, in a figure eight pattern. I'm using the side of a large cam grinding wheel. You could also use a sheet of #60 wet&dry on a sheet of glass. The cam is ground to make the lifter rotate.
