Hello froggers.
Our 306 GTi-6 is best described as a complete car with good engine / poor body.
Engine: strong & used and serviced regularly upto 2020. Cam belt water pump were upto date but belt likely due now from age. Only started a few times since end of 2020. Battery is toast.
New front OEM dampers and ball joints ~2014.
Paint: terrible, clear coat peal everywhere. Pics are old so whilst correct for body damage, paint/clear coat condition significantly worse.
Body: LH rear quarter damage, some also to rear bar and bonnet.
Gearbox: Synchro for 2nd worn? Still works just not as smooth getting into gear.
Plastic under steering column needs refitment.
Tow bar neck and chassis attachment is detachable & removable. Used occasionally to move small box trailer.
Interior: whilst back seats are good. Alcantara is gone on Drivers and passenger side.
Whilst still registered will be selling without rego & roadworthy.
Was used as a commuting car and ferrying kids so driven accordingly ie sympathetically.
