As many readers will know, this was Citroen's ultimate experiment in comfortable, roadholding car suspension whose active anti-roll principle has been explored further by numerous other prestige marques since. Citroen's pioneering attempt is still pretty bloody magic. Just brilliant at moderate speeds, and simply amazing when the mood takes you to go.... a bit faster.

Over the past 16 years, I've had six different roadgoing Xantias, including three Activas and I can comfortably say that this car is one of, if not the best Xantia Activas still on the road.

Unfortunately for future me though, I now need to pass this example on to a new caretaker so I can focus on other priorities.

Inspections and test drives by appointment. Please PM me if interested. I'm happy to provide more detail to serious inquirers.

Thanks for looking.
