Hi all,
While doing some audio install, the battery went a little weak and tripped the battery warning light on the dash. It was a new battery and has recovered fine - starts and charges perfectly for over 6 months now. Charging circuit is working fine. However battery fault light persists.
1. Turn ignition on - a number of warning lights - but not the battery light
2. Start the engine - all warning lights go out - but the instant the engine starts, battery light comes on (before there's time for an alternator check)
Do I need Peugeot Planet or something to reset? Any clues?
Its a 1999 D8 manual
And the battery and charging circuit really is working fine - closer to a year now with no issue.
