The forward and aft gear selector shaft seal is able to be changed, albeit with a lot of dismantling and reassembly required, but the lateral gear gate selector shaft on the rear housing doesn't appear to me to be removeable...is there a trick that the book doesn't tell us about? Am I right in thinking there is an o-ring in there? Seems so obvious to me that it should have been made to be able to be serviced.
