Hi - First post - please be gentle!! Not a mechanic by trade at all and just tinker to keep my kids' cars on the road.
I am in the middle of replacing the Neutral Switch on my sons Pug 307 (2004).
We had the gearbox rebuilt by a Pug specialist 2 years ago, so presuming solenoids are not issue as replaced.
Car goes in reverse fine but in D - feels like slipping. If it was a manual, I would say the clutch.
Anyway - about to order a new Neutral Switch as suggested in one of the forums on here.
When extracting the old one I noticed that there was no connection to the two-prong connector circled below.
Where should this connect too? Can't find a picture or diagram to show mw this and the only YouTube video does not cover this.
Any advice greatly received or suggestions.
