Just bought a Fuego and I LOVE it!
I'd love it even more if I had a workshop manual so I'd know what I'm driving. Is anyone willing to part with one? Please?

It might stop me asking a whole heap of stupid newbie questions like: how do I stop it from backfiring when accelerating hard (unless you can answer that).

Ken Bailey at Caravelle Imports phone 9890 9061
14 Rowern Court Box Hill North 3129 Victoria.
Ken has some reprints of the Haynes Manual for the Fuego UK English Edition.
This is in a soft cover rather than the #764 Haynes which was a hard cover.

Incidently the hard cover copy that I have was bought to assist in repairing my
daughters 1984 in 1993 and cost $39 from Technical Bookshop, (03 9663 3951)

For anyone contemplating buying the US version of the manual (#984) the only
difference to the UK version seems to be a minor exaplanation of terminology
i.e a torch is a flashlight in the US etc. and a lack of the chapter 13 in the UK edition,
otherwise the photographs and text is identical.

Price in the US varies from US$6 to $14 US which is ok but you have to put up with the
postage, payment and exchange rate hassles.

I suggest that you contact Ken as Caravelle is also a very good source for new Fuego spare parts at very reasonable prices. New parts are sourced overseas on a regular basis.

I have no connection with this business other than being a very satisfied customer
