Petrol push rod engines have a bush, I'd be pretty sure the Diesel would be the same. The later Douvrin OHC engines use a bearing.
Ok so you can run either a 228 or 235 like the 2.5td. Someone here will buy the 215 off you I’m sure.No, it's a 235 measured on the pressure plate. The friction plate measures 228. Identical to what came out. Its an 1985 2.3TD
Thanks, I thought it was a bush, but if a bearing I was worried as it doesn't turn...! (going blind, by feel)
