504 body and engine identification

Hi all I’m trying to establish what month my car was made and whether the engine in the car is the original one. I have been told by the seller that it is a Jan 1970 but there is no documentation to validate this.

The body is 504A01 1102834

engine is X1938328 X

anyone know what this decodes to?

The body is indeed a 1970 model, originally with a 1796 cc engine.

The engine is a replacement from a 1975 504, 1971 cc.
