306 gti6 idle become irratic after 15 seconds only when engine is warm?

to elborate on the title.

from cold my gti6 starts fine, idles fine, runs fine.
when it warms up it runs fine, and idles fine for about 10-15 seconds.
the idle then become a bit misfirey and slowly gets worse and worse.
if i blip the throttle it cures it again for another 10-15 seconds.
if i dont blip the throttle it eventually feels like its about to stall/die.

sometimes if im trying to accelerate off from a standstill it also feels like its about to die/stall unless i take it out of gear and blip the throttle. again only when the engines warm.

im hoping its just my icv being dicky and it needs a clean/replace.

but just incase any other places/sensors to look at?

ive replaced a lot of things..... i do believe it was finally the green coolant temperature sensor that was being dicky. didnt register past 600ohms in boiling water

before that i replaced/cleaned

map sensor
throttle position sensor
lambda sensor (O2)

I've found it worthwhile to once a year reseat the plugs on the 3 temp sensors, seems to help the cooling fans turning on.
BE= Blue sensor is for the temp gauge AND earths the STOP tell tale.
MR=Brown/Maroon is used by the Bitron fan controller.
VE=Green sensor used by the engine computer and the only one that can be seen via OBD.
