306 DASH LIGHT

My wife has a 94 306 and an orange light comes on while driving.The light is above the RH Blinker dash light,im guessing its an engine management warning light,but i dont have a book to confirm it.It does not affect the driving in any noticible way,but obviously shouldnt be on.Any help would be appreciated.

It's not infrequently the "check my oxygen sensor" light.

All you need is a dealer with the computer and it'll tell you how much to spend....

I dont know as im not sure what the light is,there is something in the middle of it but i dont think its a $ sign ha ha

has it got something that looks similar to a K on the light ?
if this is coming on check every relay in the car to make sure the contacts are clean and the relay is seated correctly
i had a similar thing with my Mi16 and fixed the light by doing this and a similar thing with my GTi6
much cheaper if you have the time than going to a dealer to find the problem
if the light is still coming on after this then take it to the dealer

Yes thats the light.I had a play with it today and couldnt see a problem,but i did replace the oxy.sensor with a universal 4 wire one and the problem light is staying off.Sensor cost $118 from repco sodidnt lighten my pocket too much
