Has anyone imported a 2CV chassis from Europe? Where there many headaches with the process?
 
As a starting point I suggest you talk to Peter Fosselius and Burton 2CV. I suspect shipping costs would be considerable.

Got one shipped from ukp. Got completely rorted by the shipping company which held the chassis for ransom until I engaged them to clear customs. Be careful.

Yeah, I figure the shipping costs will be huge, once I get the body off, I can determine the best route forward.
 
2CV viking is back in Australia (infact is in my area right now). he has chassis coming in the next week or so, but most are already spoken for. I'll send you his phone number via PM.
