Looking at larger intercooler options for my 207gti not super keen on spending 1k+ for the airtec stage 3 . Fully aware of the ibiza cupra option. Just curious as to the piping situation? what other bits are needed?

Cupra is a simple install. Removing the stock intercooler is the hardest part.

In terms of parts beyond the intercooler itself you need some aluminium tubes to go from the factory convoluted pipes that connect the stock intercooler. They are approx 300mm long but you'd need to check that. Then we used silicon 90 deg elbows to connect those pipes to the intercooler. Mounting is a couple of simple L brackets from the Seat mounts into the black factory 207 crashbar that sits in front of it.

etuners.gr did have a very good technical article on it with pics but its lost from their website now. Best pictures can be found here - http://www.karagiannis-exhausts.gr/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=379
