2012 Renault Koleos Air Conditioner/Heater Blower issue

Hi,

My wife's Koleos has just developed an issue where there is no air coming from the front air conditioning vents.

I can feel air coming from the back seat vents, however, there is no air coming from the dash vents.

I have checked the two 15a blower motor fuses and they seem fine and I can hear the compressor kicking in and out when I toggle the AC switch.

When I click Max Defrost, I see all the lights on the climate control panel light up, however, no fan/air noise.

Does anyone know what it might be?

I don't have any codes coming up on the reader.

Does anyone know if there is a guide on removing the blower motor.

I have changed the cabin filter previously - how much more involved is the blower removal?
 
Update - a fan resistor module was the cause.

Replaced mine with a send hand unit and the fan began working.

Also, for reference, apparently Renault Koleos' have a tendency to burn out the wiring at the fan resistor connector - something to consider if it happens to you.
