I don't have easy access to my paint chips (no idea where I put them) and poking around the internet I have had little luck putting a list together.
Was hoping the Renaults trusts out there might post what they have so we can organise our chips and codes a little.
I guess once we have something collated might be a good sticky, or even in the model specific threads.
Thoughts appreciated.
Maybe we lost some things in the big crash of the 2010s but there are a scattering across Aussiefrogs of things like this, so I'll start with an R8 paint chip chart from 1963, but I am not sure how useful these codes might be to places like Autobahn.
(NB not very useful) example;
CHAMONIX WHITE
99% WHITE,
1% YELLOW OCHRE, BLACK & RED OXIDE
but white, yellow ochre, black, red oxide all mean different things. Actual chips can be spectrographed on a paint mixer, but that isn't helpful if you don't have a chip.
What codes would be useful? Dulux, Dupont Berger? The old school tint's formulas don't seem that useful unless you have an old school paint specialist.

The 10S was introduced in May 1970, and were the final batches of R1190 Renaults assembled in Australia.
Colours: Alpine White, Barossa Red, Bathurst Blue, Daffodil Yellow, Sunburst Brown, Tannen Green. The black side stripe being a delete option.
