New Title Bar

Damien Gardner:
It mearly means either gibgig decided to make changes or more than likely was pressured by the MINORITY to make changes.
Hmmn, would that be the minority in terms of activity on the forum (eg. posts).

I once had a look at the forum going back years and there certainly are a lot of characters that haven't posted for a long time.

In any case - there was nothing to prevent the conservatives from saying no.

Also, is everyone being redirected into here when going to www.aussiefrogs.com ?
One of my customer's PC's today was not  cheers!
Only if you do a shift re-fresh to clear the cache. Otherwise yes.

in this instance Minority means the SMALL number of active participants of this Forum who were pushing for change.
And blind freddie could see it was not even 1% of the active people here. cheers!

Hey, hey, settle whistle

We'll stuff around with the colours in the humour forum but it doesn't mean it's a done thing. We'd never all agree on the same colour scheme anyway.
The current colour in there looks dirty maybe even nostalgic. Colour co-ord is certainatly not my forte.

All that is done now can be undone in about 5 minutes. Forwarding of aussiefrogs.com, title bar, colours; we can trial it.

The humour section looks a little .. err .. how do I say this without provoking "that" Chernobyl discussion again :p roll_lau

I'm not really too fussed about colour schemes, but if there was to be a change, I think low-intensity background colours are better (i.e. a light, faint background with dark text)

Yep, I love the nav bar at the top.

You could probably even use it in the main site and remove the the current buttons down the left side. Much easier to navigate and alot cleaner to look at IMO.

Out of those four colour schemes, I'd say #1 if I had to choose one, although I don't mind what's in the Humour forum at the moment. I guess I don't mind how it is now either...

But yeah, darker colours would probably be better.

Hi Gerry,

I won't post the image in-line here as it's very wide, but here is a screenshot of the menu in Safari (left side) and Internet Explorer on Mac OS X

Not sure why the menu doesn't work in Safari :(

The colours are nice as they are, but the easiest forum to look at that I have come across is this one Minor Forum The green/yelllow colour scheme is very easy to look at .

Speaking of the menu bar, did you want to add my website to the pics? I have the last 3 Sydney meet ups on my website. http://www.mymane.net/photos/aussiefrogs
