I have a 2015 Koleos H45 Bose and I'm trying to replace the screen with an android unit but I can't remove the radio to get access to the wiring. I've removed the screw on each side and an using the No. Radio removal keys (ones with a little hook on the end, see attachment) but can't work out the trick to get the keys to release the clips.
Videos I've seen on yt just show people inserting the keys and the unit pops out. I've tried inserting them at multiple angles but the radio just won't release.
Does anyone know the trick to get these keys to work and release the radio?
