    Hi all,
I recently acquired a second series 2 405 Mi16. This one requires some attention to the motor. I had already considered attempting to rebuild one and if I decide to do so I would be interested in trying to get a bit more out of it. Does any one have any ideas/recommendations/comments. Any help/advice would be appreciated

Try the search function on "MI16 " , there would only be a thousand threads on this forum alone.....

So much info it actually not funny. Just have a search either on here or through Google. Also check out the 205gtidrivers.com website as there is plenty on there also.

I building a fairly lair one at the moment. Link is in my signature.

WHile its apart, more compression, stage1 cams ( PeterT ) will net you nice gains. Much more than that will require fancy computers to fuel it. Take some weight off the flywheel too. Exhaust will be fine with these mods also.
