Default REar suspension staying depressed while under load?

    Hi Guys,
Just wondering what would cause the rear of my Pug306 Rallye to sit low and stay there while I have people in the back? When I get people in the backseat, the tyres rub on the guards. It stays that way for a until I drive it with no load and it sorts itself out.
    Any thoughts?

Sounds like worn out shocks that have just run out of oomph..... or I wonder if it has anything to do with the Powerflex rear axle tensioning kit you installed. Might be worth checking to see if anything has altered......

Tube shaft bearings are probably seized.

You had the rear shocks re-built? Is there any visual cues I could look at to confirm this?

Who's good in NSW who I can go and see. This has taken too long and I just wanted it sorted. I'm in the Inner west, but don't mind going any Metro area to get this sorted.

No expert on Pugs but I think he means the bearings on the Torsion bars.

You might have to rebuild the rear beam with new bearings etc

Right. OK, thanks. I've sent a request of to Sydney Shock absorbers to see what we can test and re-build if required.

    Thanks again guys.

I mean the roller bearings in the tube that support the trailing arm shafts.
