    Default Oil pressure concern.

So I've just put my new engine in the 405 and fired it up for the first time. Cold, I have 80 PSI oil pressure. Kind of almost sounds too high. Engine sounds sweet, and I have run it up to temperature and found no problems.

    Thoughts, comments.

Sounds normal, maybe even a tad low cold. Aim for 70psi hot?

After an new uprated oil pressure "spring" and sump changes, start up gives me about 95psi and 60 - 70 when warm.
....now watch a Peugeot turn into a corner!
