    Thanks for the links.

Dream: If only this live streaming was around in 1966-1970 era when I followed the Ford GT40s/MkIIs by reading Sports Car Graphic about 2 months later! Daytona, Sebring, etc, virtually unknown races to Aussies of the time, only Le Mans was known about, and that wasn't available live anywhere either.
Made my viewing of Ford vs Ferrari all the more enjoyable by recognising these US events leading up to the finale at Le Mans.

I see The Bend is looking at bringing a full WEC event following the Asian LeMans event earlier this month.

Which one did you regret missing? The Daytona Sports Car event, or the Asian Lemans at The Bend I referred to? The Asian Lemans was not promoted well (IMO) but it was a fairly hurriedly organised event, only announced while I was at The Bend in November with the TCR meeting. Stands looked empty on TV but apparently had over 7000 attendees. The Bend has a lot of banking around the track for parking and watching from your car, and I did see a lot of those in the background.

As a heads up, if you are interested, the Daytona 500 is on at 3.30am - about 6.00am Monday 17th Feb (WA time). I think it may be on Kayo (and probably on Foxtel). I do enjoy those big US events like Daytona 500 and Indy 500, but rarely see them.

    Cheers.

Daytona as I hadn't noticed the Asian Le Mans! Thanks for the information.

The big events are really something. We spent 12 hours at Le Mans a few years back and it is quite special. A 24-hour sprint - I had no idea they raced so hard in the dark!

    Cheers
