Whose R12 is this?

Spotted on the Westgate Freeway today: a red R12 or Virage with four round headlight front, tinted windows, mags, wide tyres and big exhaust, and most interesting, door mirrors that were grafted seamlessly to the doors.

It looked terrific!! Anyone know it??
