Unidentified tinplate model.

I've had this model about 15 years.
My mum bought it in an antique/ junk shop.....
It has no makers markings at all.
The clockwork drive still works.
It's 93mm long.
I have always presumed it was made to somewhat represent a Traction.

Does anyone have any ideas or info to add?
