This screams out for a modern engine conversion! Am I going crazy, or does it look remarkably tidy and rusty free in the pictures ?

I'm looking for holes .... in sills, panels, bottom of the boot .... etc.... it really does look amazingly rust free ?? I wonder if there is floors in it. A very simple restoration really. I could put some seat covers on the interior, give it a clean .... get it running and drive it!
