TA Window trim interchange

My 1951 11BL came without the interior window trim/mouldings. Its the French built TA.

I've been offered a 1952+ set. I can see that the lower portion of the trim is different (it runs straight across as opposed to having the more deco curve of the earlier one) but it seems like it fits. Has anyone done this? Any mounting issues I should plan for?

Yes it is quite do-able. Some new screw holes will need to be drilled! On a '51 I prefer the earlier type!

Thanks Gerry. I prefer the earlier ones too. I just grabbed these when they came up because.... bird in the hand.

It'll be a year before I'm done with the rust repair though so I have time to look for the right ones.
