HI - I recently bought a 406 - I owned one back in the day and was service by a group in artarmon who did a great job, i recall put on a clod air intake and made amazing improvement in sound, anyway they are no longer there or maybe have closed - does anyone have a recommendation north side Sydney for a specialist who they would recommend please ?

There´s 2 on the northside that will generally come recommended.

PQ automotive, 5 Smith St, Chatswood, 9882 3215
Frenchtech automotive, 681 Warringah Rd, Forestville, 9453 1644

I have been to both, but stayed with Peter at Frenchtech for the last 10 years or so.

I'll give PQ a recommendation too. Whilst they are not super french specific now, Peugeot's are pretty normal and they are happy to work on anything. They look after both my Audi A4 and 306. In my experience they are very fairly priced and honest with their work.

Was this Northshore Rallysport or Escargo?
Those guys (Stuart?) were awesome but closed over 10 years ago. My 205 loves going to car camp there (got a custom cold air intake from them too)

+1 vote for PQ as well.

After terrible experiences with the dealer, I will be using PQ Automotive. Have also used Revive my Lion the mobile specialist, he is very knowledgeable, convenient service and rates are reasonable but you need to book in advance as he is busy.

one was a snob won't even return calls won't even say why after you give details about your peugeot - not a good way to start a new business relationship - you know who you are, thankfully I'm with one for the last 7 years now. Reasonable and you do not have to go all the way across the bridge and not a dealer too.
