It will go ahead Rain/Hail(not too big!)/Shine which is good as this is not something that you cannot do on the motorbike!
I luckily have the Sat/Sun/Mon/Tues off that weekend so I am more than keen for a full day cruise down to Berry/Bomaderry which is just North of Nowra.
Propositions for trip are;
1) Meet @ Sylvania McDonalds (Princess Hwy) 9am for 930am departure (too early?????)
2) Would love to go via Royal National Park but @ $10 per car, not a viable exercise. Will call NPWS if I can organise as we are not going to stop. Stanwell Tops is a great place to take in the views. From Stanwell, back up to F6 Helensburgh.
3) Stop @ Panorama Pub (Top of Bulli) look out and wait for Froggies coming in from western Sydney as they can come down Appin/Picton Road.
4) Continue to Kiama for pit-stop.
5) Down to Berry/Bomaderry and continue up to Mt Cambewarra. Admire the view and good roads.
6) Down through the Kangaroo Valley and onto Fitzroy Falls. Lunch stop at Fitzroy Falls in Picnic area. Bring your own lunch or go to the Cafe at Fitzroy Falls.
7) Onto Bowral (will go and annoy dealer where I bought the Mi16!!!
) and stop in Mittagong. From there, say our farewells and head back up to Sydney, peeling off the M5 where necessary.
