Shit house alright, there's not a damned thing worth saving. Even the lump or Oregon has a shake through the guts of it. If the petrol cap has a key it could be worth something though I suppose.

It is also the stretch limo version, check the wheelbase length.
Very rare R12, similar to stretch R4 earlier
He upgraded to the Blue 180B about 15 years ago.
