Some sad news for Sydney DS enthusiasts and perhaps owners of other classics.
Greg from Seyville Motor Trimmers at Seven Hills, a well respected and skilled tradesman, passed away suddenly last Saturday 16 February. It is suspected it was a massive heart attack.
News of Greg's passing was relayed to me last night by Jason Hantos.
Many of us in Sydney had work done on our DSs by Greg at his home workshop. He was such a nice bloke and very skilled at trimming - especially DS of course. My DS was retrimmed by Greg a couple of years ago and I still grin whenever I look at how well it came out - now I will remember the man who did the work every time I look at the car.
Greg had a young family and our thoughts should be with them at this terrible time. He will be greatly missed by many.
